The most borrowed books in June on the Libby app

Summer reading is in full swing—or should we say, summer listening? (Audiobooks totally count as reading.) June was Audiobook Month, where we celebrated our favorite narrators and stories to listen to while commuting, cleaning, cooking, and exercising. And speaking of exercising, did you take part in Libby’s Audiobook Adventure Walk Bingo Challenge? While the giveaway may have ended, there’s still plenty of summer ahead to grab your headphones and comfy sneakers, and see where the story takes you.

So with audiobooks on our mind, let’s dive into the most borrowed titles on Libby from U.S. and Canadian public libraries in June, starting with last month’s favorite listens. The Calamity Club inched its way to the top of the audiobook list from #6 the month prior and Caro Claire Burke’s debut, Yesteryear, about a “tradwife” influencer who wakes up in the brutal reality of 1855 secured second place. Another standout was Theo of Golden, which held strong on both the audiobook and ebook lists. Originally self-published three years ago, this unforgettable novel about the power of generosity is one not to miss.

Which of June's most-borrowed books will you add to your list?
